Dream Launchers was founded by Jonathan Ball and Cornell Showell, two visionary leaders with a shared passion for discovering untapped talent and helping creatives realize their full potential. What began as a simple act of faith and community support has evolved into a growing movement dedicated to developing artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs into industry-ready professionals.
During the height of the pandemic, Jonathan and Cornell invested their own resources to create A Dream Launchers Christmas, a virtual concert experience designed to provide a platform for local artists whose opportunities had been disrupted. Bringing together a collective of emerging performers, musicians, and creatives, they produced an entire showcase complete with music, visual content, and professional production.
The experience revealed a need: talented individuals often have the passion and ability to succeed, but lack the resources, guidance, connections, and support system necessary to take the next step.
Dream Launchers was created to fill that gap.
Today, we help talented individuals transform raw potential into sustainable careers through artist development, creative strategy, project management, branding, coaching, event opportunities, and professional representation.
While music remains a cornerstone of our work, our vision extends far beyond the stage. We proudly support vocal artists, musicians, graphic designers, web designers, content creators, creative professionals, administrative talent, and entrepreneurs who are ready to grow their gifts and expand their impact.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Jonathan Ball is a Music Executive and Creative Strategist known for designing long-term cultural impact through artist development, national media placement, and strategic brand alignment.
As Co-Founder of Dream Launchers, Jonathan has helped create career pathways that connect local talent to national and global opportunities. Meanwhile, Cornell, is committed to identifying potential, nurturing talent, and creating opportunities that help creatives thrive. His passion for mentorship, community building, and strategic development serves as a driving force behind the organization's mission.
Together, their leadership has contributed to artist placements and appearances with organizations and platforms including The Recording Academy, American Idol, The Jennifer Hudson Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, BET, Disney, the Apollo Theater, BMG, and Southwest Airlines.
